Commission | Sea Glass

Brief – I was asked by a client to produce a ring using sea glass that was collected on the beach by her children on a previous holiday to Wales. I was given two beautifully coloured pieces of sea glass which first has to be shaped down to size, fused together then polished to give a sheer finish.  The next stage was to use the 10mm round cabochon sea glass and set in a simple silver setting ring. The client was over the moon with the outcome so commissioned me another piece with the left over sea glass, I produced a necklace for her, cutting the sea glass into an odd shaped dome, see the finished article below…
